About Francesco Federico M.D.

Founder and principal Dr. Federico brings to each assignment more than two decades of clinical practice perspective and executive management experience, with a depth and breadth of healthcare expertise not readily found elsewhere.  His unique blend of theoretical and analytical thinking, coupled with his road-tested experience, allows him to bring a project to a financially sound completion in an aggressive, timely manner.  At FHG he heads a team of seasoned healthcare professionals, matching the right skills and personalities to each assignment so as to ensure that the client has access to the best, veteran “brain power” available anywhere.

A graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Medical School and a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology Dr. Federico currently serves on the Board of Directors of IPC-The Hospitalist Company, Glendale Memorial Health Foundation,  California Advanced Primary Care Institute, CAPG  Educational Foundation for Primary Care Promotion and Valley Community Clinic.  He is also a former board member of the California Association of Physician Groups.  Most recently, Dr. Federico served as President/CEO of Lakeside Systems Inc., an integrated, coordinated care provider network of more than 400 primary care physicians and 1,000 specialists caring for over 250,000 members in Southern California specializing in capitated payments and financial risk management.
